MRS. IFEOMA OKOYE

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Mrs. Ifeoma Okoye is an accomplished and highly experienced professional in the real estate industry. As the co-founder of Brent Housing Nigeria Limited and the MD/CEO of Brentbrooks Nigeria Limited, she has demonstrated remarkable leadership in Nigeria’s fast growing real estate sector.

Ifeoma’s career trajectory reflects her versatile background and expertise in various sectors. Before venturing into real estate, she spent over a decade in the public sector in the UK, specializing in Human Resources management. She honed her leadership skills in the HR field at Diamond Bank and Visafone Nigeria Limited, where she was instrumental in shaping manpower planning, recruitment strategies, and HR processes.

Her experience as an Executive Director for Business Development at Brains and Hammers Nigeria Limited further enriched her technical knowledge, business strategy, emotional intelligence, and leadership skills that has made her a force to be reckoned with in the real estate industry.

As a female entrepreneur in the real estate sector, Ifeoma possess the qualities, entrepreneurial acumen, and vigor required to thrive in what is often considered a male-dominated industry. She has successfully carved a niche for herself, by utilising her blend of strategic, leadership and interpersonal traits to navigate the challenges and seize opportunities in the business world.

A conscientious real estate developer, Ifeoma is known for her credibility, commitment, and determination. She has a deep understanding of real estate investment strategies, project management, and corporate governance She possesses a passion for excellence which has been demonstrated in the delivery of various medium- and large-scale projects, ensuring they align with industry best practices.

Ifeoma holds a Master of Arts degree in Human Resources Management from Middlesex University Business School (UK) and is a Chartered member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (M.C.I.P.D), as well as a member of the Chartered Institute of Managers. Ifeoma also serves on the board of several charities both at home and abroad.

Ifeoma is a devoted wife and loving mother, with a passion for serving God and humanity.

MR. BENJAMIN OKOYE

CHAIRMAN

Mr. Benjamin Okoye – Seasoned Technocrat & Construction Expert

Mr. Benjamin Okoye is a seasoned technocrat and accomplished builder with over 30 years of experience in project and construction management across the United Kingdom and Nigeria. He holds a degree in Economics and Statistics from the University of Benin, Edo State.

Mr. Okoye began his career in the United Kingdom, where he spent more than a decade working with the London Borough of Ealing. During this time, he played a key role in the development of mass housing projects and healthcare facilities, contributing significantly to urban infrastructure.

In 2007, he returned to Nigeria, where he continued to apply his expertise by leading major construction initiatives. Notably, he served as project manager for the Opolo Cottage Hospital and the Milford Kilo Teaching Hospital in Yenagoa, Bayelsa State.

Throughout his distinguished career, Mr. Okoye has held various leadership roles, including Project Director on numerous high-profile developments. His portfolio spans the design and execution of residential and commercial properties across Lagos, Abuja, Bayelsa, and other locations in Nigeria.

Mr. Okoye’s deep industry knowledge, strategic insight, and hands-on experience make him a respected authority in construction and infrastructure development.

ADEDAPO OLADELE OGUNBA, BSc (Economics)

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR - BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Mr. Adedapo Oladele Ogunba is a business development consultant with over 20 years of experience in business and entrepreneurial development as well as sales and marketing management in real estate development, non-governmental organisations, ICT, oil and gas and the public sector. He possesses an array of special cognitive skills in business support and development.

He is also a certified conference speaker, life coach, performance enabler and motivational speaker.

 From 1995 till 2008, Mr. Ogunba was a key member of the team that set up the worldwide structure for youth development, mentorship and empowerment for a major faith-based organisation in Nigeria.

In 2008, he participated in the Nembe-Cawthorne Channel Trunkline Replacement Project with Saipem Nigeria Limited as a financial advisor to Petroquip Nigeria Limited.

From 2010 and 2013, he joined WTF development as Director, Business Development & Strategy. He and his team developed the service infrastructure for Metro City Estate, Apo, Abuja for UAC Property Development (UPDC) and did a hostel development for The Catholic Church’s Veritas University Abuja, amongst others private development projects.

He is also an advisory board member of the Young CEOs Business Forum, an international network of businesses.

YVONNE VICTOR-OLOMU

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Yvonne, an entrepreneur and Project Management Consultant, is the co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of Perpignani Global Resources Ltd. An agro-commodity export company based in Saskatchewan, Canada.

She is also an executive director of Smart Farm Estates Limited in Oyo State, Bloomout Farms Limited, in Niger State and Valor Strategic Export and Import Limited. All incorporated entities involved in the Agriculture sector in Nigeria.

Between Nov. 2021 and Nov. 2024, she led the Herbert Onyewumbu Wigwe (HOW) Foundation, a socialimpact organization working consciously and sustainably, to serve and solve communities’ needs, locally andglobally. She leads the Foundation in its strategic objective of intervention in Health, Empowerment and Education, as the Chief Operating Officer and Programme Director. She managed the Foundation’s latest project of establishing the not-for-profit Wigwe University – A STEM, Creative Arts, Leadership, Entrepreneurship and Innovation focused university.

A lawyer with over 24 years post-call experience, with a master’s degree in environmental law & policy. She worked mostly as an environmental and sustainability compliance manager, developing Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Management Systems, in conformance with the ISO 14001 and 45001 standards requirements and regulations, in the Oil & Gas industry for 18 years with Eni SpA – Nigerian Agip OilCompany, in various capacities. Her last role was Head, HSE Swamp Area Operations, from where she took an early retirement in August 2021.

She is a PMI certified Project Manager, a PROSCI certified Change Manager, a Society for Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), an ISO 14001 and 45001 Environmentand Occupational Health & Safety Management Systems certified Internal and Lead Auditor. She is currently pursuing a certification as a Sustainability Excellence Professional (SEP) from the International Institute of Sustainability Professionals.

MR. FEMI FAIGA

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Femi is an astute professional with more than 2 decades business experience.  His core areas of function are Finance, Strategy and Technology.

Femi is passionate about providing direction and support to wards ensuring lasting business success. His work and experience has seen him engage with companies and business partners in Africa, Europe, South America, North America, Asia and the West Indies.

Femi is deeply passionate about Africa, driven by the need to bring lasting prosperity to the people of the continent. He consistently works towards fostering bilateral business between Africa and the rest of the world.

Femi sits on the Board of companies in several sectors of the economy, including financial services, Energy, Technology and Hospitality.
