Do you offer flexible payment plans?
We offer flexible payment plans to meet the needs of our buyers and investors. These plans are longer and more flexible at the beginning of construction. As the project nears completion, they become shorter and less flexible.
What is the typical duration of your payment plans?
We usually start off with a 12 month payment plan at the start of each of our projects.
Do you work with mortgage providers?
We work with mortgage providers for our more affordable projects such as Brent Brooks in Kubwa, Abuja.
What services do you offer?
In addition to our core service of real estate development, we offer several other services such as facility management, property management, real estate advisory, real estate marketing and business consultancy.
